No Training for National Team Friday 19th AM or PM<\/p>\n

No Training for National Team Saturday morning 20th AM<\/p>\n

Due to the Christmas Challenge swim meet.<\/p>\n

There will be a coach on deck on Saturday morning for any swimmers not attending the competition, this will be a blended session.<\/p>\n

Confirmation of Start Times for each Session:<\/p>\n

The Open & Age Heat Sessions – each day – warmup at 8.00am START 9.00AM<\/p>\n

Junior Events – Friday & Saturday – warmup 12 noon START 1.00pm<\/p>\n

Open & Age Final Sessions:-<\/p>\n

Friday – warmup 4.30pm\u00a0 START 5.30pm<\/p>\n

Saturday – warmup 4.00pm\u00a0 START 5.00pm<\/p>\n

Sunday – warmup 3.30pm\u00a0 START 4.30pm<\/p>\n

Swimmers please speak to your coach regarding any scratching for heats or finals.<\/p>\n
