Please advise your coach if you wish to train with them for the week.<\/p>\n<p>State Performance\u00a0Session Schedule for the week:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mon AM OFF \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Mon PM 5 to 6.30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tues PM 5 to 6.30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wed AM OFF \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Wed PM 5 to 6.30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thurs PM 5 to 6.30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fri PM 5 to 6.30<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sat AM 6 to 7.30\/8 (coach discretion)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nAll other teams as per normal.<\/p>\n<p>Please also note that there will be\u00a0<strong>NO TRAINING\u00a0Monday 26th \u00a0January\u00a0AUSTRALIA DAY<\/strong>. \u00a0 Training schedules will return to normal Tuesday 27th January<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>The Age\/Open State LC Championships take place next week from Monday 19th through to Friday 23rd January,\u00a0both Warren and Carey will be attending and therefore will not be at Arena for the week. \u00a0There will be some sessions where teams are blended together.
