\nIt is Parents and Swimmers responsibility to get swim meet entries in to the Registrar on time, this also includes Arena Race Session entries. Once entries have been loaded on the system by the Registrar a Preliminary Entry List is posted on the Arena Swim Club website with a correction date and time, and it\u2019s the Parents and Swimmers responsibility to check entry lists by the required date and advise the Registrar of any errors.<\/p>\n
