In a busy couple of weeks for the Arena Swim Club saw a couple of young swimmers answer the call to assist in helping pack goodie bags for the BHP Billiton Aquatic Super Series<\/p>\n

A big big thanks goes to Ben Mills, Lillyan Rosich (and their mum\u2019s – Jan and Bridie) who assisted on the day helping 2 girls from Swimming WA pack approximately 800 goodie bags !! Each consisting of a water bottle, activity book, tattoos and swim cap which were then planned to be distributed by Swimming WA (with the help of a couple of Olympians) to children in regional WA who will attend their swim clinics<\/p>\n

So a great cause and team building exercise for the two young members from Inters and Devos, and by all accounts they had a great day discussing different training regimes, favourite strokes, what they enjoy about swimming and enjoyed some refreshments and also got to keep a bag each and some movie tickets as a thankyou<\/p>\n
