Our training times have now reverted back to the original schedule we had before the State Championship Taper.<\/p>\n
As you would be aware the new WAIS Training Program has commenced here at Arena, it is a wonderful opportunity for our younger swimmers to be able to train alongside these athletes.<\/p>\n
Due to the addition of the new team we have made a few minor changes to our training schedule, details as follows:<\/p>\n

\nTuesday AM \u00a05.20 – 7.30 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Tuesday PM. \u00a0 No Training
\nWednesday AM 5.20 – 7.30 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Wed PM \u00a05.30 – 6.30 Land \u00a06.30 – 7.30 Swim
\nThursday AM \u00a0 \u00a0 No Training \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Thursday PM 5 – 6.30 Short Course
\nFriday AM \u00a05.20 – 7.30 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Friday PM \u00a05.- 7 PM Long Course
\nSaturday AM \u00a06 – 8<\/p>\n
On Monday and Wednesday PM we will commence Swim Training as soon as the WAIS team and National Team finish, this may be any time from 6pm onwards.<\/p>\n
We will no longer have a spin session on Friday PM<\/p>\n
There are 9 sessions on offer, it is a requirement that Junior National team members commit to a minimum of seven to eight sessions per week.
\nMonday, Wednesday and Saturday AM and \u00a0Thursday PM training sessions are targeted, as such 100% attendance is expected on these days.<\/p>\n
I would like to have a meeting with each team member and parent\/s to discuss goals, expectations and planning for the coming months.
\nPlease pop into the office and schedule a meeting time with me in the next week or so.<\/p>\n
