Tristan got his 200 Breast National time and was 0.7 outside his national PB in the 200IM, in 2 finals. Justin PB in nearly every single heat and 2 final\u2019s so far<\/p>\n<p>Justin and Nic are just about to front up for the 400 IM<\/p>\n<p>Outback Jacks for dinner on Wed night ,Justin managed to crack the Man Vs Food Challenge and got the t-shirt to prove it<\/p>\n<p>Thursday they went to Adelaide Royal show, so pretty tired today ! wonder how many dizzy rides they went on !! J<\/p>\n<p>Having lots of fun, great experience especially for the ones that haven\u2019t competed away before.
