Don’t forget that there is a Spin Class open to all members of the Nationals, National Development and Surfit Squads on friday nights from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at HBF Arena. Bring along a towel and water bottle. 😀

There will be no Flippa Ball on Sunday 29 March 2015, due to the Breakers Meet that is to be held at HBF Arena.
