Please can you note the following:
- The list of events is embedded into the Entry Form. On your device you need to open the form using Adobe Acrobat Reader and then click on the box next to ‘First Event Select 1 to select the events you wish to swim. If you are having problems accessing the information on the form, please ask for help!
- If you have entered your swimmer into a Race Session, you need to be available for timekeeping for the duration of the Race Session, unless you have organised a replacement. Your assistance in this volunteer capacity is greatly appreciated by all the swimmers. Timekeeping roster attached:

- If you would like to learn how to do any other role other than timekeeping for the club’s race sessions, please speak to the Registrar, Rachel Quirk or any other committee member. Let’s face it you’re going to be there any way, more than likely on timekeeping, so why not learn something new! You never know it might be fun.
- Entries close at 5pm sharp on the Monday before the Race Session so please ensure you have spoken to your coach and finalised the races you wish to swim, in good time before this date. This is to allow the preliminary entry list to be published and any errors to be corrected. Email entry forms to the Registrar: registrar@arenaswimclub.com.au
- Please notify the Registrar of any errors in the preliminary entry list by 12noon on the Wednesday before the Race Session. This will enable the meet to be transferred on to the timing software in the recording room before 5pm on the Wednesday as required by HBF Arena.
