VenuesWest have received complaints from patrons who have observed swim club parents parking in or waiting in their cars in the disabled bays at HBF Arena. Please be advised that unless you have an ACROD permit, this is not an option and you must use the main carpark at all times.
The limited number of disabled bays are only for customers who have a current ACROD permit and meant for people with a significant mobility condition.
A reminder that significant fines can apply.
