It’s safe to say there has been a fair amount of confusion regarding membership renewal this year, as we trial online membership renewal via a new platform
that is aligned to Swimming WA.
Can I say that all memberships (whether competitive or non-competitive) are due for renewal by 1st October 2014.
Competitive members are being asked to do this online already and pay their Arena and SWA membership at the same time. Thank you to those who have navigated the system and managed to renew already. If you are having problems renewing, please let us know.
NON-COMPETITIVE members, we are currently liaising with the software program developer to see if there is a way that ALL our members, regardless of competition status can be managed under the same membership platform – we are just waiting to see what they can do. As soon as we know, we’ll let you know. Non-competitive
membership of Arena Lifesaving and Aquatic is $27 for 2014-15, but we ask you to hold off doing anything until we know all the options. An email will be sent
to all – watch this space.
If you are one of our few families who have already paid a 2014-15 membership fee, apparently there is no way of being able to avoid this payment option online – so (renewing competitive members) we ask that you go ahead and pay your swimmer’s Club membership for 2014-15 again via the online portal and send a copy of your payment receipt to me (officemanager@arenaswimclub.com.au) so that I can organise to have that amount refunded to you immediately.
