Swimmers and parents are reminded that they need to submit all meet entry applications to the Arena SC Registrar by the closing date advertised on the meet entry page.
Please do not register for meets direct to the host club.
For each meet, Arena SC forwards an electronic file of all competing club swimmers to the host club. This enables them to quickly and accuratelty download event details for each swimmer and check payment details. When entries are sent diretly to host clubs, your name will not appear on the published club entry list. This entry list is the primary document used by the coaching staff to select relay team members. If your name is not on the entry list you will not be considered for inclusion in relay events.
