The Age/Open State LC Championships take place next week from Monday 19th through to Friday 23rd January, both Warren and Carey will be attending and therefore will not be at Arena for the week. There will be some sessions where teams are blended together.
Please note the following changes to sessions:
No Training for National Team or NDT team from Monday to Saturday 24th inclusive. If you are not competing you may join in with State Perf Team. Please advise your coach if you wish to train with them for the week.
State Performance Session Schedule for the week:
Mon AM OFF Mon PM 5 to 6.30
Tues PM 5 to 6.30
Wed AM OFF Wed PM 5 to 6.30
Thurs PM 5 to 6.30
Fri PM 5 to 6.30
Sat AM 6 to 7.30/8 (coach discretion)
All other teams as per normal.
Please also note that there will be NO TRAINING Monday 26th January AUSTRALIA DAY. Training schedules will return to normal Tuesday 27th January
