Normal Training

  • Surfit – 6:30-7:30pm
  • Junior Bronze – 4:00-5:00pm
  • Junior Silver – 4:00-5:00pm
  • Age Development – 4:00-5:00pm

NO TRAINING

  • Junior State Development
  • Junior State Performance
  • NDT Blue & Green
  • Nationals (AM & PM)

Training Saturday 30/07/2016:

Normal Training

  • Junior Bronze – 8:00-9:00am
  • Junior Silver – 8:00-9:00am
  • Age Development – 8:00-9:00am
  • Any swimmer from any squad is welcome to train from 8:00-9:00am with the above squads.
