ONLINE MEMBERSHIP FORM
We have just reached over 50% with online Membership, many thanks to all that have completed this so far.
Please note that if online Membership Forms and Payment is not received by the 30th of September 2016 your Membership will cease, you will not be able to enter any Swim Meets or be able to keep Swimming in Current Squads.
Please note that ALL members in all SQUADS need to fill in Arena Swim Club online Membership Form which is due by the 30th September 2016 – This form is located on the Arena Swim Club Web Site under New/Renewing Members. If you have already registered thru My Swim Results, please enter the code 123456 into the receipt field before carrying on to the end of the form, you need to hit the Submit button to received confirmation that you have successful completed the process.
Also required are Birth Certificate by the 30th September 2016 these can be either uploaded with your online Membership or brought into the office.
