Blue/Red/Black Squads please note that Friday 24th of December 2021 4pm to 6pm is your last training session before breaking for the Christmas Break.
Training for Blue/Red/Black Squads ONLY on Wednesday 29th December 4pm to 6pm. Thursday 30th December 4pm to 6pm and Friday 31st December 4pm to 5.30pm.
All Squads returning to normal session times and days from Tuesday 04 January 2022.
