Retrieve your Username and Password via the following method;
On the right hand side of the Arena Swim Club homepage, click on “Members Portal” (takes you to the SWA website)
Choose “Login” from the orange tabs
At “Username”, enter your child’s SWA competitive code***(see explanation below)
Leave “Password” blank
Click on “Forgot Your Password?” at end
Next page is titled “Password Retrieval”; enter your email address, then hit “SUBMIT”
Your SWA Username and Password will be emailed to that email address. Please store it safely
***SWA Competitive code is the first 3 letters of your child’s surname, the first 2 letters of your child’s Christian name and date of birth, with no spaces ie.. MASSH070500
