Last weekend saw the first group Saturday morning session for all squads finally back at our home ground, followed by a great get together with a breakfast of bacon and egg burgers.
Big thanks from myself to all the helpers on the day. To the dad’s cooking who kept the rotation of bacon/egg/bacon/egg going complete with the obligatory blokey BBQ comments it was a fun morning – especially when Clare Masolin tried to muscle in on our domain !!
Also a huge thanks to the numerous helpers that assisted with the serving of the rolls & drinks to the kids, it was great to see everyone getting involved and coming together as a club.
And as we all know how much swimmers like to eat it did get pretty full on there at one stage but in the end we ended up with only a couple of burgers left over and even the lifeguards were looked after, so well done to all !!
Big thanks to Arena Swim Club Committee, Coaches, Parent Helpers, Venues West & Sisters Supa IGA Joondalup for supporting and hopefully we’ll make it a regular gig in the coming months. More pictures….
