Resulting from great performances at the recent Australian Short Course Swimming Championships held here in Perth recently. Arena Swimmer, Bobby Jovanovich was invited to represent Australia in part of the Asian Leg of the FINA World Cup Series.
Bobby will compete in the Singapore (8th-12th of November) leg.
As this is an invitational event, it is not fully funded by Swimming Australia, therefore athletes must rely on support from their State Institute, State Swimming Association, Swimming Club and/or Corporate Sponsorship to assist financially.
WAIS and the ASC have assisted Bobby by way of financial contributions totalling $1,000. Should anyone wish to assist Bobby with residual expenses of approx $600.00 please contact the ASC President, Phil Wall.
