Over recent months there have been considerable issues with Parents and Swimmers failing to enter meets on time, which also includes checking entries for errors or omissions by the required cut off times.
Parents and Swimmers are reminded of the following:
It is Parents and Swimmers responsibility to get swim meet entries in to the Registrar on time, this also includes Arena Race Session entries. Once entries have been loaded on the system by the Registrar a Preliminary Entry List is posted on the Arena Swim Club website with a correction date and time, and it’s the Parents and Swimmers responsibility to check entry lists by the required date and advise the Registrar of any errors.
Errors or omissions will not be rectified past the cut-off time or on the day of the meet.
