Well how good was that…. What a Fantastic day, great results, bearing in mind the setbacks of the past year, this proves that when a team pulls together obstacles can be overcome.
Arena Team spirit is alive and well. We had numerous PBs and gutsy performances across the board. Well done to all our swimmers, club members that were there to cheer on their team mates, parents and friends supporting in the stands. Thank you to all our coaches for their dedication and hard work. Go the pirates!!!!!
So where to from now? We all know there are changes in the wind, and it may seem like our club is walking the proverbial plank at the moment, but if we all pull together, travel the unchartered waters ahead with enthusiasm and belief, that wind will be blowing in our favour.
Lets keep the team spirit strong , get stuck in and work hard towards your goals and dreams. Because next year we are going to be back on top.
