Time Keeping Reminder

Just a reminder……….

TIME KEEPING ROSTER RESPONSIBILITIES

Whenever you enter a meet or race session you must assume that you will be given a time keeping roster slot. So when entering any meet, please consider the following:

  • If you do not intend to accompany your child to that meet or race session and are having another parent take your child, please make sure that parent is aware that they will responsible for their time keeping and also your time keeping slot.
  • If you have any specific requests for time keeping slots, please email the roster coordinator (volunteer@arenaswimclub.com.au) by Wednesday 12.00pm in the week leading up to the meet, however please be aware that whilst all requests will be considered, it is not always possible to accommodate everyone’s requests.
  • Once the roster has been posted on the Arena website and you have been allocated time keeping, if you then decide to withdraw your child from that meet or race session  – it is your responsibility to find another parent willing to do your slot. Do not contact the volunteer coordinator.
