If for any reason you are unable to fulfil your timekeeping roster, it is your
responsibility to arrange for another parent to do your roster.
There will be times during this meet that due to unforeseen circumstances,
the nominated volunteer is not available to undertake their duties. Your help
in offering to assist in filling the gap is greatly appreciated.
