Calling All Arena Swim Club Families
Arena Swim Club have secured two upcoming dates for Sausage Sizzles at Bunnings Mindarie over the Christmas period (big thanks to Robert Bonsall snr and family for locking these in)
Dates: Friday 27th December and Monday 30th December
We need volunteers to assist with setting up, cooking and serving duties throughout both days based on a roster system (details tba but would expect a system of 2 hour blocks am or pm dependent on own preference and qty of volunteers)
These fundraisers are very important to the club especially as we move forward under our own costs. Monies raised will be used for future camps, social outings, support of athletes as representatives of ASC and replacement of Club equipment
Assistance for Friday will be sought from families of competitive club members across all squads (excl Nationals), and the Monday we will be seeking the help of National swimmers over 16 years, their families and friends with Monday’s proceeds to be applied directly to National competition travel costs
We appreciate this is a busy time of year for everyone but these sausage sizzles are normally booked at least 6 months in advance so it is fantastic we have been given this great opportunity for not one but two days, and we would like to see as many people helping out as possible – the benefits are for all our kids and our club
We needs RSVP’s asap so that we can get it all locked in and ready to go (let them know your preferred time am or pm, day and how long you can help out)
