It has come to our attention that some families have approached swim meet host-clubs for acceptance of their entries after missing the Arena Swim Club entry cut off deadline.
In the interest of fairness to all members who have entered the meet on time via ASC, if the host-club has accepted your entry direct to their club – please pay us the courtesy of advising the ASC volunteer coordinator Peta Roberts ASAP on 0431 907 795 so that you may be included on the timekeeping roster.
