Timekeeping Roster Volunteer Timekeeping Roster Arena LC Meet 2019 (2) – Arena Swim Club LC Meet – 16th November 2019 – HBF Joondalup
With a record number of Competitors 316 Swimmers with 1167 entries and over 20 Clubs attending Arena Swim Club LC Meet on Saturday 16thNovember 2019 at HBF Joondalup, we will be calling on all Arena Swim Club Members to lend an extra hand to make this a very successful meet for all involved.
Please note there are no reserves for Arena Swim Club for this Meet so if the Meet Director calls for a volunteer to keep the Meet going please could all Arena Swim Club Members assist in this area.
1500 will be running at the end of the program, please be understanding that we have to cover timekeeping right to the end of the meet as Arena Swim Club is hosting this meet.
If your child is sick or cannot attend for any reason, please liaise with other Arena Swim Club Parents to cover your allocated time slot. (Friendly Reminder that Facebook isn’t always checked on the Day of the Meet).
